The shipping charge for one book is $3.50 for first class mail (typically 2-5 days) and $2.00 for third class mail (typically 1-3 weeks). Add $1.50 for each additional book shipped via first class and .50 for each additional book shipped via third class. We ship books first class if no option is indicated by customer.

Maine residents please add 5 percent to all orders (excluding shipping charges) for state sales tax.
